Return & Exchange Policy

At this time, Yours Truly Heaven does not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Due to the nature of our garments and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final unless otherwise noted.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Eligible items may qualify for size exchange or store credit only, subject to approval. We gladly offer size exchanges on eligible items, based on availability.

To qualify for an exchange or store credit, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors or damage

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Additional Terms

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Replacement items will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected

  • Approved returns or exchanges will be issued as store credit only

Store Credit Details

  • Store credit is delivered via email

  • Store credit does not expire

  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash

  • All store credit is final
